This is one of my favorite songs in Korean. Your translation is beautiful, and I would like to add some meaning to what you have written. The word 푸르다 in Korean can mean either blue or green, but just like the word “blue” in English denotes being sad, so 푸르다 denotes not yet being ripe, or youthful innocence. So while translating the song to say “our precious green days” is an accurate translation in the technical sense, it sounds odd in English whereas it is natural in Korean. I would translate it as “days of innocence” or “days of youth” in order to better convey the meeting in English.

Yes, I’m aware that 푸르다 could have many meanings. It is in fact why I thought to translate it as “green” instead of “blue”, because just like in Korean, “green” also means “young” and “inexperienced” in English! Isn’t that a wonderful coincidence? So I thought I could stay more faithful to the original by keeping it “green.” But like you said, “days of youth/innocence” does sound much smoother and poetic.
